Your restaurant, In the heart of the PLatzl Since 2011.

Pedal & Tap opened its doors in August 2011. The owners of the bicycle inspired restaurant set out to meet a need for connection, community, and food. Its quaint, pedestrian-only, location in the heart of Kimberley’s Platzl was a different scene in those days. The Pedal & Tap management has been proud to watch the city grow into a vibrant destination since.

Australian born Chef Terry Moylan brings his fine dining background along with a flare for comfort food to create an ever changing seasonally inspired menu. Expect fusion, food made from scratch, and unexpected twists on classic dishes. Hearty sandwiches, pasta, light salads, small plates, kids and gluten free options, mean that everyone you dine with can find something to enjoy.

In addition, Pedal & Tap brings you a top-notch experience at the bar as well. With the longest list of BC VQAs by the glass in the Kootenay, dozens of BC Craft Beer, a seasonal top-shelf cocktail list and the talented crew that dreams them up, and an extensive whisky list, you’ll have a tough time picking a beverage.

Pedal & Tap might be famous for mucky fries & spaghettiballs, but guests keep coming back for the flavourful dishes, tasty BC beverages, and the friendly guest service. There’s more than one way to get mucked up.
